Our company had the honour of participating in the 2024 edition of the BLUE ZONE FORUM – INNOVAZUL, an event organised by the Cadiz Free Trade Zone and the University of Cadiz, held at the Cadiz Conference Centre. This forum has established itself as a space for collaboration and innovation, aimed at reflecting, learning, sharing ideas, and jointly building solutions that drive progress towards a circular economy.
On the second day of the event, representing the Cadiz Maritime Naval Cluster, we actively participated in a panel discussion focused on Microcredentials. This new educational approach is based on short, focused training sessions designed to address the specific needs of the educational and labour ecosystem in our region.
The University of Cadiz, together with leading companies in the sector, is working on the implementation of this innovative training model, with the aim of strengthening the connection between education and the demands of the labour market.
Our participation in the BLUE ZONE FORUM reaffirms our commitment to sustainable development, lifelong learning, and collaboration between academic institutions and companies. We thank the organisers for inviting us to be part of this enriching event, which will undoubtedly mark a turning point in the construction of a more innovative and sustainable future.
